City of the Dead by Dirty Annie's Southern Style
From the designer: "Where I grew up in South Louisiana, we keep our bodies above ground. Why? Its below sea level and the bodies would float right up! If you haven't done a New Orleans Cemetery tour yet I would highly recommend it! Each of these tombs is based on an actual tomb in New Orleans. Marie Laveaus is in the top left-hand corner. Stitch them each separately for Halloween ornaments or stitch them together as shown. This is a big one!"
Model was stitched on 32ct Earth and Sky from Mountain Aire fabrics, using Classic Colorworks, The Gentle Arts and Threadworx threads.
Stitch count is 214x186.
